ALDI – WILKINSBURG, PA

Redevelopment of a former Giant Eagle site at 7401 Penn Avenue into a new Aldi grocery store. The project features Aldi’s updated store layout with expanded refrigeration for fresh produce, dairy, and meat, wider aisles, and enhanced grab-and-go options. This location is part of Aldi’s continued expansion in the Pittsburgh region, bringing modern, affordable grocery options to Wilkinsburg.

The Goddard School – Estero, FL

Ground-up construction of a 14,000 SF, two-story early childhood education center in Estero, FL. The building was designed and built for a single tenant occupancy by The Goddard School.

Adaptive reuse of an existing 25,000 SF, three-story building located in Pittsburgh, PA. The development was a build-to-suit for UPMC Western Behavioral Health.

Adaptive reuse of eight existing buildings situated on a 24-acre campus in East Pittsburgh. This project includes Class-A Office, Retail, Light Industrial & Flex-Office Space totaling over 800,000 SF.

RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS

Developed multiple projects comprised of over 150 Luxury Residential Condominiums located in downtown Pittsburgh.  Each project incorporated high-end residential finishes with a meticulous level of customization.

OFFICE, HOTEL, RETAIL & PARKING HIGH-RISE

Ground-up, 18-story high-rise in the center of downtown Pittsburgh consisting of more than 400,000 SF.  The project includes Class-A Office, Hotel, and Ground Floor Retail supported by a structured Parking Garage. Project received LEED certification.

LUXURY APARTMENTS

Conversion of a 16-story office building into over 200 Luxury Residential Apartments and 250 Parking spaces.

HISTORIC, MIXED-USE RENOVATION

Adaptive, historic reuse of seven individual buildings combined into one mixed-use property containing Apartments, a full-service Fitness Center, Retail space, and underground Parking. Project received LEED Gold certification and National Historic Preservation approval.

PARKING GARAGE

Newly constructed, 7-story structure utilizing precast concrete and deep foundations. The project includes a 580-space Parking Garage and 25,000 SF of Retail space.
